Terms of Service

Swiftrole-Shop is a web-based platform that enables merchants to create a digital product catalogue and share it with buyers through a unique link. Buyers can browse products and initiate purchase conversations directly with sellers on WhatsApp.

Swiftrole-Shop is a product of Swiftroletech LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. We provide the technology platform; we are not a party to transactions that take place between a seller and a buyer.

To create a seller account, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate account information. By using Swiftrole-Shop, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information, the security of your phone and verification codes, and every activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend accounts that impersonate another person, provide misleading information, misuse the platform, or violate these terms or applicable law.

Sellers are solely responsible for product descriptions, prices, availability, quality, delivery, returns, refunds, taxes, licences, and compliance with consumer-protection requirements.

You must not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, deceptive, or rights-infringing products. We may remove content that violates these rules without prior notice.

Swiftrole-Shop helps buyers discover products and contact sellers. Unless a specific payment feature states otherwise, payments and fulfilment take place outside our platform and are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.

We do not guarantee a seller, buyer, product, payment, delivery, or transaction and are not responsible for disputes arising between users.

Swiftrole-Shop, its software, visual identity, and original platform content belong to Swiftroletech LTD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Some features may be offered free of charge while others may require payment. Prices and billing terms will be shown before you purchase a paid service. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

You may stop using Swiftrole-Shop at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiftroletech LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, user conduct, third-party services, or transactions between buyers and sellers.

Swiftrole-Shop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to provide a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every seller, buyer, listing, or transaction is genuine or suitable for your needs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing any remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
